The Space:

The home sleeps six in three bedrooms and two and a half baths, with a spacious open layout that keeps the group connected. The custom kitchen has stainless appliances, a gas range, oversized island, concrete sink, and breakfast-bar seating for easy meals. Air conditioning covers every zone, and the covered lanai looks out across open greenery. A washer and dryer, Pack 'n Play, and living spaces make it especially workable for a family stay.



Guest Access:

This home in Koloa offers a private garage plus access to the communal pool, hot tub, and gym, with golf course and golf views right outside. A garden backyard and patio make outdoor relaxing easy, and the location near the ocean puts the beach within easy reach.



The Neighborhood:

Poipu is Kauai's sunny south-shore beach community, an easy contrast to the wetter North Shore. Poipu Beach Park is known for its swimming coves and frequent wildlife sightings, while nearby Shipwreck Beach brings a more dramatic stretch of coast. Spouting Horn and Old Koloa Town are worthwhile stops for a drive day, and the area has golf, dining, and shopping close by. It is an easygoing choice for families who want beach access, warm weather, and plenty of nearby options without having to map out every day.



Getting Around:

Lihue Airport is about 30 to 40 minutes away, a pretty drive across Kauai's south shore. A rental car is recommended to reach Poipu's beaches, Koloa town's shops, and nearby dining with ease. Old Koloa Town is walkable for boutiques and restaurants, while beautiful beaches are just a short drive away. Parking is generally available on site or in small lots around town.
