Situated on the ground floor, just a few steps from the ramparts, the beaches, the Provençal market and the bustling narrow streets of Old Antibes, you’ll enjoy a prime location from which to explore everything on foot.
Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests, the flat offers spacious rooms and a seamless layout.
You’ll find:
- a pleasant, air-conditioned living area with a cosy lounge, television and a welcoming dining area;
- a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery);
- a first bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), plenty of storage space and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower;
- a second bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), ideal for a second couple or friends;
- a second modern en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a toilet;
Air conditioning is provided in the living room and in both bedrooms to ensure optimal comfort all year round.
