Whether you’re visiting Kansas City for a family vacation, wedding, sports event, business trip, or simply looking for a relaxing getaway with friends, this spacious home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests and offers everything you need for an exceptional stay.
$1000 party fee: Yes, we allow gatherings but require an extra fee.

*Pets are welcome; we charge $125 per pet
As you enter the home, you’ll be welcomed into a bright and inviting living room with comfortable seating, a large Smart TV, and plenty of space to gather together after a day of exploring the city. The open layout flows directly into the fully stocked kitchen and dining area, making it easy for everyone to stay connected while cooking, dining, or relaxing.
Our fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, bakeware, dishes, utensils, a coffee maker, toaster, a microwave, a dishwasher, and everything needed to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a holiday dinner. Whether you’re staying for a weekend or an extended visit, you’ll feel right at home.

The home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests with thoughtfully designed bedrooms and comfortable mattresses.

Planning a Celebration?
We will proudly allow parties, celebrations, family gatherings, birthdays, baby showers, graduation parties, and small events with prior approval.
Event Fee: $1,200
Max 25 people.
