Getting Around:
This is one of the rare Phoenix stays where you can leave the car behind, many of the best restaurants and coffee shops are a short walk or bike ride away. For everything else, getting around is easiest by car or rideshare, with quick access to I-10 and SR-51. Uber and Lyft are widely available, and there's a carport plus easy street parking, along with an on-site EV charger.
Other Things to Note:
For safety and security, exterior cameras are located at the carport and front door. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private spaces. This is a quiet residential neighborhood; quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and no parties or gatherings beyond the home's maximum occupancy are permitted without prior approval.
