-No loud music or excessive noise so as not to disturb neighbors and to comply with city regulations. Excessive noise can result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
-Pets stay free! House-trained cats and dogs only. Pets not allowed on furniture or bedding. Must pick up dog waste. 3 pets maximum.
-No pets in the pool (You will incur an additional fee of $200 if pet hair is found in the filter.)

The house was very clean and spacious. The backyard and pool area is really the highlight of the property especially at night. The casita is super cute although we didn’t use it. Wasn’t walking distance to some things like we previously thought but Ubers were very easy to get. Would stay here again

We came and stayed for a week. The house was fine. Well stocked and clean. The outdoor area is where the house shines with the pool, hot tub and bar/tv area great for entertainment. Unfortunately the hot tub and pool didn’t heat and wasn’t fixed until half way through our week there. I had canceled a reservation elsewhere because the pool wasn’t heated and there was a cold spell when we arrived for first few days so we were very disappointed. The host was nice but offered us no concessions or real apology. Considering we were in the city, the house felt very private. They also allow pets and our friends had a dog who visited so that was nice. Overall it was great except the main reason we rented the house for weren’t in good working order but they are fixed now!

We lived the place! The outdoor space was fabulous and the house and decor was modern and functional. The most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in a rental. So much attention to detail - you’ll find everything you need in this beautiful house.
