Our trip was for a critical medical appt. The stress that the situation produced during this trip was greatly alleviated by this rental being everything and more that it was advertised to be. There were not only no issues with this property but it was so relaxing, enjoyable and comfortable. Excellent layout and amenities, convenient location. Quiet neighborhood.We’ll definitely stay there next time.

Family in town for a nephew’s wedding. House worked well for group. Note: no floor or table lamps, only ceiling. Remote light/fan switches seemed to be out of order if light was needed but no fan?

Came down to Phoenix for an event. The property was close to where we needed to be. The house is cute, clean and the beds were comfortable. Would recommend and rent again!

Large space and it got the job done, though the house was not clean upon arrival and we had to wipe off countertops, pick up trash and broken glass in the back yard, clean out washing machine/dryer and put dishes away from the dish washer. No extra blankets and not enough bath towels for all of the guests.
