La Piccolina is a newly renovated studio apartment nestled within the rustic cobbled lanes at the heart of Acquaseria’s historic centre and is just a short stroll from shops, cafes, restaurants and a clear water beach suitable for swimming.
La Piccolina enjoys an elevated outlook to make the most of the breathtaking lake and mountain views from both inside and outside. It is stylishly and newly finished to a high standard. This unique small apartment combines a traditional location with modern comforts and is perfect for 2. It is accessed direct from the street through its own small open courtyard.
The ground floor features the original old cotto tiled floor throughout which demonstrates the age of the building while the new modern comforts bring it right up to date.
Ground Floor : The entrance hallway has large fitted cupboards with a hanging rail and storage and the modern bathroom includes a vanity unit and a standalone shower.
The halllway leads to the main open plan contemporary space which features a new kitchen with, fridge, induction hob, microwave combination oven with grill and air fry function and a Nespresso coffee machine ( don’t forget to bring your coffee pods).
A comfortable sofa and side table completes this space and double doors lead to a balcony overlooking the lake.
A bespoke locally made staircase leads from this bright living area to the mezzanine bedroom which also enjoys lovely views of the lake.
