Comfortably accommodating up to 5 guests, this lakeside retreat offers a peaceful escape to slow down and reconnect with nature. Enjoy coffee on the screened porch, afternoons by the water, and evenings surrounded by peaceful forest views. With private lake access, rustic charm, and a warm cabin feel, this hidden getaway offers a classic New Hampshire lake experience.
Inside, you’ll find a warm and inviting living space with rustic wood interiors, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable sleeping spaces, and a screened-in porch perfect for morning coffee or relaxing after a day on the water. While compact in size, the cottage is designed to provide everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay.
Sleeping Arrangements:
• Bedroom 1: Queen Bed
• Bedroom 2: Twin Bunk Beds
• Bonus sleeping space: Twin size pullout loveseat
The property also includes private lake access and a dock area, making it easy to enjoy swimming, boating, kayaking, or simply soaking in the peaceful waterfront atmosphere. Guests can bring their boat & may have a neighbor sharing the dock on the opposite side.

🐾 Dog-Friendly Property
This is a dog-friendly home, and we love hosting well-behaved pups! To keep the space comfortable for all guests, only dogs are permitted (no cats or other pets).
Please let us know in advance if you’ll be bringing your furry friend and be sure to add your dog to the reservation, as a pet fee applies.
Dock Access: Guests have exclusive use of one full side of the dock. There may be a boat docked on the opposite side. The owners’ other boaters are aware that guest privacy is important and have been instructed to park at the shed rather than the cabin. They are not permitted to linger on the dock, only to load and unload as needed.
* Follow the binder / renter rules in the house
* No flushing feminine products/paper towels/etc. (septic system)
* Pets allowed - 1-2 dogs, pet fee applicable.
*Pets are not allowed on the furniture.
* Pick up after dogs
* Dogs must be house trained & non-aggressive
* Trash cannot be left outside
* Respect the property/lake area
* Follow dock/water safety instructions
* Use life jackets for kayaks/paddleboards
