Set on a peaceful four-acre property, this cozy yet spacious two-level Cape-style cottage sleeps up to 6 and offers the perfect blend of classic New England charm and modern comforts. Bring your dog, bikes, kayaks, or boat and enjoy colorful foliage, crisp autumn days, and cozy evenings in this idyllic setting.
Inside, you'll find wood floors, exposed beams, a paneled “library,” and a spacious modern full kitchen. The formal dining room seats 6+ and features a fireplace, making it a wonderful gathering spot after a day of exploring. The home also includes a full-size washer & dryer and oversized entry deck.
The first floor features a Master Suite with a King bed and private bath. Upstairs are two additional bedrooms, each with a Queen bed. One has a private bath, while the other features a Spa Bathroom with a soaking tub—perfect for unwinding after a day enjoying the Lakes Region.
Located within five minutes of Wolfeboro Center, you'll have easy access to downtown dining and shopping, the public boat ramp, and area lake attractions. Boat trailer parking is available on site, and the property is dog friendly with a $50 pet fee per dog, per stay (maximum 2 dogs).
This is a non-smoking property with a 3-night minimum stay. A $295 cleaning fee applies.

We had a short overnight stay. We arrived late and most appreciative of a flawless check in. The house was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, in a way that perfectly complemented the character of this classic old house. The host is welcoming and responsive and everything was exactly as described. I highly recommend this property.
