About this house rental
The Cocoonr agency is offering this air-conditioned house for rent in Asnelles, just 100 metres from the beach. It has a floor area of 80 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor (air-conditioned):
- An 80 m² living area with a sofa, armchairs, a TV and a dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a TV
- A bathroom with a shower and toilet
On the first floor:
- An air-conditioned mezzanine area with a reading corner, a sofa and an armchair
- A bedroom with two single beds (90x190)
- A sleeping area with a double bed (140x190)
- A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: high chair, cot, plancha.
Outdoors:
- An 18 m² west-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
- A second 6 m² terrace, facing east
- A private, enclosed garden of 150 m², not overlooked
