Seaside Haven on Pašman Island

The holiday house with 3 bedrooms, for up to 6 people, is located directly on the sea on the island of Pašman, only 600 meters from Vitane bay. The road leading from the ferry port to this bay is concreted (except for the last 200m). There is a public and free parking lot. Luggage transportation by boat between the parking lot and the house is free of charge once upon arrival and once upon departure. The distance between the house and the parking is walkable. Pets are welcome, against surcharge. Please state in your inquiry how many pets you are traveling with. Electricity and water should be used sparingly here. Running cold water is installed in the kitchen and bathroom. Given that the water stays in the tank at high temperatures, it is recommended to boil it before consumption or buy drinking water in bottles. The water from the tank is good as it is for cooking and washing. Electricity is provided by solar energy, 220 V, but devices other than cell phone/laptop battery chargers may not be brought or used. The kitchen, living room and dining room are in one room on the ground floor, where there are also two bedrooms, each with a double bed. In the kitchen there is a fireplace, a refrigerator with a freezer and a gas stove with 4 burners and an oven. There are two single beds in the attic. Bed linen is prepared, fresh is made available after each week of stay. The bathroom equipment includes a toilet and a sink. Bath towels and beach towels are not offered. In the garden there is a barbecue and an outdoor shower, for which the water is heated by the heat of the sun. The balcony is furnished. Guests can have WiFi internet in the house with the purchase of a prepaid SIM card of around 11 euros for a week of flat rate internet. Guests need to insert this SIM card into one of their devices, which then serves as a hotspot. We recommend that guests bring their mobile phone so that they can contact us in case of need. The outlet in the house is suitable for a standard plug, so guests can charge their mobile phones in the house, with their own standard charger. There is the possibility of renting a motor boat (on request and on the condition that the client has a boat driving license valid on open waters). A boat mooring is available at no extra cost in front of the house.The island of Pašman is very close to the mainland - only 15 minutes by ferry. This island is an excellent destination for all lovers of water sports. In addition, there are hiking, biking and trekking trails on the island, starting from this house, next to which you can find various types of Mediterranean medicinal and aromatic plants - perfect for all nature lovers. Ferry tickets are not included in the price. The minimum stay is 7 days, only from Saturday to Saturday. The house can be booked all year round, but the water can only be heated on the stove, and a winter rental will mean a surcharge for heating materials cost. Guests are advised to check in in the morning until early afternoon at our agency in Biograd na Moru, because getting to the house can be inconvenient at night and even impossible after the last ferry has left.
