Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso. Fin dal primo momento siamo stati accolti con grande gentilezza, disponibilità e soprattutto con tanta umanità. Il personale è stato davvero cordiale, attento e sempre pronto a venire incontro alle nostre esigenze, facendoci sentire più come ospiti di casa che semplici clienti.

The staff was super friendly, and they really went out of their way to help me with everything I needed. Breakfast was great. The location is close to everything you need, right in the heart of downtown. The view from our balcony was incredible. Special thanks to Tony, Reem, and Nancy for helping us during our stay.

Tuve una estancia muy agradable en este hotel en El Cairo. El personal fue muy amable, profesional y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. No había organizado mis tours antes de llegar, pero el equipo del hotel me ayudó a organizar todo y facilitó mucho mi viaje. Las fotos del hotel reflejan realmente cómo es el lugar, algo que aprecié mucho. Sin duda volvería a alojarme aquí en mi próxima visita a El Cairo.
