Old and small, sometimes unreliable elevator, not recommended for people with disabilities or people of age. The shower door didn’t close completely, which is not significant but a little important detail.

Very spacious and perfect for a few days in Cairo. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

The place is beautiful, the furniture is very elegant in every corner, and the location in the city center is lovely.

1- My first priority for booking a hotel was a view balcony with day light. When I saw the hotel profile on booking.com says, each unit includes a terrace or balcony with city views, therefore I booked my stay. Unfortunately the balcony overlooks a narrow space on the side of a building under construction, This means you'll hear construction noises all days, plus I can't sit on the balcony or even open it. The flat lack to day light which make it depressing for some one who wants fresh air with day light. I did not complete my stay with them and requested a refund for the nights or a credit for the amount, but this was refused by both the hotel and Booking.com, and the total amount was deducted. 2- There was no reception area in the building, and I was informed that reception area was under maintenance. Check-in procedures were completed at the elevator in the corridor. 3- The check-in process is complicated and lengthy. You'll be sent a residency contract that you have to fill out, sign, and return. They also request a copy of your passport. This is probably standard residency law in Egypt, but I haven't personally experienced this type of contract. You need to constantly check your messages to complete any further instructions, unlike other hotels in Egypt
