Everything was great for the duration of our stay. From the time we entered the hotel up until we left, the staff were all professional and helpful. The rooms were clean and all the amenities were great. The breakfast was amazing as well. The hotels location is also great, it's close to all the touristy locations and it's easy for a car service to pick you up. Overall, 10/10.

طاقم العمل رائع ومتعاون
بالرسيبشن الاخت آية كرم ، بصراحة متعاونة جدا وتحل اي شي وتساعد الضيوف وتستقبل الناس بابتسامة
ولو عندك اي شي محتاجه او تستفسر عن شي كلم الاخت آيه وهي تساعدك

The room was spacious and comfortable, although the bathroom felt a bit small compared to the size of the room.
There were some misunderstandings at first regarding the room we booked and the one we initially received. However, thanks to Nour, everything was resolved quickly and professionally. She is a great Guest Relations Officer who truly went above and beyond to help us. She deserves to be a manager! 💐💐
Thank you, Nour, for making our stay much more enjoyable.
