Elios View House Kefalonia

the view is nice, kitchen is well equipped, and the kitchen works, location is fantastic very tranquil and quiet, the pool also seems nice, but we have not used it because we went to the beach… but, there is a big but

there was a wildfire some time ago, everything all around the house is burned. It smells badly of burnt wood and scorched earth, the smell intensified at night. we could not sleep with this smell. I do not think it is healthy to breath in this air. Be aware if you are sensitive to that.. I believe, It is unacceptable to present perfect photos on the booking site and then the reality is very very different. see photos what it REALLY looks like. I believe this to be unfair towards any booking guests. the house itself seems to have been not affected by the fire. besides that: the bed is 150 cm wide and as soon as the other person moves you will feel it. the refrigerator is very loud and rattling, we came to Cephalonia for a weekend, so we did not want to waste our time looking for a new place and changing places.
