within the Aria di Mare estate, close to St Barbara Beach in Katelios.
Villa Selena features an open-plan layout encompassing the living,
dining, and kitchen areas. The three adjoining bedrooms, each equipped
with en-suite showers, boast sliding balcony doors leading to the pool
terraces. For outdoor enjoyment, the villa offers a brick-built BBQ and
a shaded dining area, complemented by comfortable sunbeds adjacent to
the private pool. The property provides secure parking and is
conveniently located within an easy walking distance to the local sandy
beaches, supermarket, bakery, bars, tavernas, and the harbor of
Katelios, as well as a convenient bus stop.

The living room is air-conditioned and has a Satellite TV, dining area,
comfortable sofas and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to the pool
terrace.

The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, washing machine,
dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There is also
a barbecue outside.

or additional cleaning required.

Beautiful villa inside and out. Especially liked lighting and seating area inside, lovely bedrooms and en-suites, pool, shaded seating area outside, walking distance to great restaurants, close driving distance to wonderful Beaches, friendly pool man. Only downside was we could see / hear cars passing on the road out the back so will be better when hedges/trees grow. Thank you for a lovely stay

An excellent holiday in Villa Selena. Facilities were fabulous and the pool the best ever! The location is great and only ten minutes walk to tavernas and lovely bars. You are guaranteed a warm welcome on this island! Totally recommend this Villa. We will return!

Great vacation super private pool. The ambience of the villa is lovely. Beach walks in the evenings and cool sea breeze really brings you back to yourself.
