Very great staff members and very very clean

The owner of the hotel personally welcomes you upon arrival and is there to see you off when you leave. This personal touch truly reflects the warmth and hospitality of Iraq. The buffet spread is awesome, and the staff are friendly and welcoming, even though communication in English can sometimes be a little challenging. The location is simply perfect, especially considering the price. I also appreciated the hotel's energy-saving features, such as motion sensors, which show the management's commitment to saving electricity and reducing operating costs. Overall, a wonderful experience with genuine hospitality, great food, a convenient location, and excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

While the hotel offers genuine hospitality and good value for money, a few areas could be improved to enhance the overall guest experience. Breakfast Buffet: The buffet breakfast is good, but refilling is slow and does not meet the expected standards. Having a couple of additional staff members to manage the buffet would help ensure timely replenishment and better service. Housekeeping: The housekeeping area on the third floor should ideally be relocated to a less visible area. Having housekeeping carts parked and staff movement along the guest corridors throughout the day does not create a pleasant impression. Room Space and Furniture: The rooms are not particularly spacious, but they are manageable with better furniture arrangements. In my room, the wardrobe door was difficult to open because it hit the bed. Reducing or rearranging the furniture would make the room more functional. Tea and Coffee Amenities: Milk powder was not provided, leaving guests with the option of drinking black coffee or tea. Providing milk powder and 3-in-1 coffee sachets would be a simple but welcome improvement. Window Views: The views from the windows are not particularly appealing. Some form of screening or an appropriate visual covering could improve the overall experience. Front Office Responsiveness: The response to basic guest requests needs improvement. Even a simple request for an extra plate was not attended to, which was disappointing. Parking: Parking could be a challenge for guests travelling by car, particularly given the hotel's proximity to a hospital and the potential demand for parking in the surrounding area. Lobby Layout: The front office lobby feels somewhat congested, with several large pieces of furniture taking up space. A more efficient furniture arrangement or a minor redesign could create a more spacious and welcoming atmosphere. These are relatively manageable improvements that could make a noticeable difference to the overall guest experience.
