We stayed here for one night towards the end of a 7,200 km road trip around Europe and it ended up being one of the highlights of the whole journey. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly welcoming. They parked the car, handled all our luggage and kindly upgraded our room. We were travelling with two young children and the staff were brilliant with them, even giving them gifts. There was mango lassi waiting in the room, breakfast was amazing and every member of staff we met was friendly and smiling. The manager was exceptional. She took a genuine interest in us and made sure we were completely looked after. You could tell that the atmosphere throughout the hotel came from her. She has clearly built a team that enjoys looking after people and takes real pride in the hotel. We have stayed in some of the best luxury hotels and the Taj Hessischer Hof is absolutely at that level. The hotel is beautiful but it was the people who made the stay so memorable. We were genuinely sad to leave and would happily return to Frankfurt just to stay here again.
We loved everything
