The location is just splendid, especially the balcony view from our room overlooking the Kochi Harbour and the Chinese Fishing nets right in front of the property. The caretaker Sreejith was very cooperative and made us feel home. Breakfast was served hot.
We stayed over for 3 days, but there was no room cleaning, I don’t know how often they do it.

this place is very near to the sea back water, but the access from the main road is bit difficult, there is very narrow road, difficult to go by big cars.
