Location is great, caretaker Mr.Unnikrishnan was very sweet and helpful despite the language barrier. He ensured we were well stocked on water and other items we may require. Mr.Shibu, the owner, was always available when called and he gave us advice and tips with regards to private taxis and location. The villa is quaint and charming with the beach just a minute away. The place is quiet and peaceful, for a laidback time. With Zomato, Swiggy and Uber services available. You will honestly forget that you are so close to the urban life.
The ac in the middle room downstairs wasn't working and the place can use a bit of dusting. The stairs to the upstairs room is rusted so you need to be careful while going up.
