    First, I definitely recommend this property and had a wonderful stay here. The staff are accommodating, and the property is exceptionally well run. Check in, check out, and room cleaning were a breeze. The location is convenient with shops and restaurants nearby, though not at the same quality that you would find in Q1 or Q3. Like some other reviewers have mentioned, there is no getting around how small the bathroom space is. Getting in and out of the shower will be difficult if you're a bit larger. Also, the legroom when you are sitting on the toilet is so small that when you lean forward, you'll hit your head on the wall. Imagine using the restroom in an airplane seat, and that's how it would feel. If you're a small enough person this won't be an issue, but otherwise your mileage may vary. Also, the microwave did not work during my stay. I'm not sure if the outlet was the problem, but it didn't turn on at all. And this is another small item, but the elevator door is strangely slow. It takes a full 20 seconds to fully close. But overall, I had a lovely stay here and would recommend the property to any traveller looking to explore something different than Q1 and Q3 in Saigon.

    The rooms are studio apartment type rooms - really just a bed, pseudo kitchen and bathroom. There's a 3/4 sized fridge with minibar and cooking equipment (rice cooker, hotplate, utensils etc) in the cupboard. The bathroom is very small and I wouldn't recommend larger people to stay here, but if you're used to tight spaces (think of small guesthouses in Hong Kong or Tokyo) it can be ok. I think best for solo travellers, two people would need something bigger. It was kept very clean and was quiet also. There's a small window but really just for light, no view. The area nearby is full of restaurants, boutiques and a big mall. Overall a good value if you don't need the space.

    Briefing: This place is safe, quiet, clean & equipped enough basic in house gadgets for people with MINIMAL LUGGAGE & SMALL SIZED PERSONS. We booked a double 25sqm Studio room with balcony but the room given to us is about 19sqm that includes Kitchen/ Bathroom/ a Queen Bed/ small wardrobe & a table that has only one (1) chair. If you stay 2 persons, anytime a person must sit on bed & another can use a chair. There is no separate area for luggage store. If you leave suitcase behind main entrance door, you always have to move it when you exit/ enter the room. It is VERY TINY ROOM. 2 persons find really hard to pass each other. Almost 1 person has to sit in 1 place ( chair/ bed...) to let the other passing. The outdoor balcony is quite spacious ( 6sqm maybe) but there are 4 air conditioning hot units installed right up your window overlooking this balcony. It blows really hot air when the air conditionings are used by next rooms. The air conditioning installed pointing directly the bed in this tiny room could be a problem. Whichever fan mode you adjusted, either too hot or too cold when the device is directly / straightly blowing into bed zone. It should be installed above MAIN ENTRANCE DOOR.
