The Space
Lagniappe Lodge is a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath Smoky Mountains cabin retreat built for the way families and friend groups actually vacation — together. With sleeping space for up to 8 guests and a layout that flows naturally from kitchen to living room to deck, it's the kind of place where people stop checking their phones and start talking to each other again.
Bedroom 1 – King Bed The primary bedroom is a calm, restful haven with a plush king bed and warm natural wood finishes. After a long day on the trails or in town, this is exactly where you want to land.
Bedroom 2 – Bunk Beds A fun, functional bunk room with cabin-style wood detailing — built for kids, loved by the whole group. Whether it's a family trip or a crew that doesn't mind bunking up, this room handles it.
Bedroom 3 – Queen Bed A peaceful queen bedroom with soft wood textures and a quiet feel, designed for guests who want to rest and recharge on their own schedule.
Living Room Curl up around the fireplace in a living room with comfortable seating and rustic mountain character. This is your nightly wind-down spot — good conversation, warm light, the mountains just outside the window.
Fully Equipped Kitchen Modern, well-stocked, and designed to handle everything from a quick breakfast scramble to a full group dinner. Warm wood cabinetry, all the tools you need, and no excuse not to cook something good.
Coffee Bar Wake up right. A dedicated coffee and tea bar means everyone gets their cup made the way they like it — no fighting over counter space, no waiting in line.
Dining Area The open-concept dining space connects seamlessly with the kitchen and living room. Two dining tables seat the whole group comfortably — because the best meals happen when nobody's left out.
2 Full Bathrooms + 1 Half Bath Two full bathrooms with bathtubs (one en-suite to the primary bedroom, one shared) plus a convenient half bath on the main level. All finished with natural wood accents and modern touches.
Game Room The game room is the heartbeat of rainy-day plans and late-night laughs. Pool table, arcade games, a mini fridge stocked with whatever you brought, and a full collection of board games for the family — everything you need for a night in that nobody complains about.
Decks — String Lights, Fire Table & Cornhole Step outside and you'll understand why guests never want to come back in. All decks are strung with warm string lights that make evenings feel like something out of a magazine. The fire table with full seating is where the real conversations happen — the ones you'll still be talking about on the drive home. Set up a cornhole match on the side, grab a drink from the wine bar, and let the mountain air do the rest.
Private Hot Tub Soak under the mountain stars and the sound of the Smokies all around you. Whether it's a midnight dip after a long day of hiking or a morning soak before breakfast, the hot tub is always worth it.
Guest Access
Guests enjoy full private access to the entire cabin and all amenities — every room, three outdoor decks, the game room, the hot tub, the fire table, and the outdoor charcoal grill. This is your space. Make it yours.
Other Things to Note
Parking for 3 vehicles on a level, paved driveway.
Outdoor Grill: A large, covered park-style charcoal grill is available for guest use. Please bring your own charcoal and dispose of ash in the provided ash can after it has fully cooled.
