We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

We had a great anniversary stay at the cabin. We were visiting the Gatlinburg area for the first time, and received a whopping 20" of snow during our stay! The cabin was nice and cozy, and we particularly enjoyed the hot tub during the snow. The cabin was nice and clean. We found the bed to be a bit hard for our liking, but managed fine. Communication with Elk Springs was very good and we would definitely stay here again

Nice cabin. Communication was great. Would recommend having salt on site for the decks. Would recommend to friends and family. We had a good time.

While the cabin was nice we did have a few issues while there. The cabin wasn’t filthy but it was obvious corners of each room and under beds and table were not cleaned. The amount of dust and dead bugs in certain areas revealed it wasn’t cleaned regularly. We were unable to use the hot tub being that it was surrounded with spiders and huge webs. I understand this is nature but we did not expect to find that so close to the hot tub. The grill was not as clean as we expected either. It had green moss along the sides and the mat under was so dirty and full of grease and algae looking material it should have been changed and the grill cleaned in our opinion. We did enjoy our stay and all in all the cabin was nice it was just a couple of little touches that would have made the stay a bit more enjoyable.
