Perfectly perched in Sky Harbor between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, A Mountain Perch is a beautiful 3-bedroom log cabin with easy paved access and everything your family needs for an unforgettable Smoky Mountain vacation.

THE CABIN
The main level features an open living room with wood-burning fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and wrap-around deck with distant views of Pigeon Forge. A full bathroom is conveniently located on this level.
Upstairs you'll find two semi-private bedrooms—one with a king bed, one with a queen—sharing a bathroom with a large jacuzzi tub. Both bedrooms have flat-screen TVs.
The lower level is where the fun happens! A game room with pool table (ping-pong insert included) offers hours of entertainment. The kids' bunk room with twin-over-full bunk bed has its own bathroom with walk-in shower. Step outside to the lower deck for your private hot tub. Washer/dryer also on this level.
LOCATION
Sky Harbor offers the best of both worlds—peaceful mountain setting with paved roads all the way to the cabin. Equally close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, you're minutes from Dollywood, the national park, shopping, dining, and attractions. Motorcycle friendly at rider's discretion.

Over all it's a nice cabin. Had a little issue with water flow in the back of the toilet. Response was very good on getting this issue taken care of. Needs a little better equipped kitchen, but we made do. Probably not an issue for those eating out most of the time. Our puppy loved the place. Got to see a bear come by one morning.

Had a wonderful stay at Mountain Perch over the Christmas holiday. Ping pong table was a hit with the kids. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Cabin was ok, internet was awful, work then buffer, streaming boxes didnt work, dvd player had no RCA wires, trouble shooting folder was offered but nothing helped. Gas grill but had no propane in the tank, back door locks stick and were difficult to lock and unlock. Roads were steep and curvy getting up to cabin. Nice sunset views, BEAUTIFUL FURNITURE!!! jacuzzi had rusted twisted tea caps in the compartment (we through them away)
