Central heating ensures cosy warmth throughout, complemented by a wood burner in the living room for chilly evenings. During winter, the Aga cooker runs continuously, adding to the cosy atmosphere. The bedroom boasts a king-size bed and an electric radiator for extra warmth, with French doors opening onto a private patio perfect for relaxing outdoors. The en-suite includes a WC and an oversized sink. The living area is furnished with a reclining chair and an oversized two-seater sofa, ideal for unwinding after a busy day. A 47-inch flat-screen TV with DVD player and a large selection of films is available, along with a Fire Stick so you can access your own Netflix. To the front is a balcony to sit and watch the sun rise with a cuppa. The back garden is enclosed and has seating to relax and enjoy the slower pace of life in North Devon. The dining area features a large table. Near the entrance, there is an additional WC and a shower cubicle for convenience. The fully equipped kitchen includes a copper Belfast double sink, American fridge/freezer with an ice maker, toaster, microwave, induction hob, Neff oven, air fryer, kettle, and a full range of crockery and cutlery. Baking items, pans, and trays are provided, along with oil, salt, and pepper. Bed linen and towels are supplied, and guests receive a complimentary starter pack of coffee, tea, sugar, and milk.
