This single-storey lodge has an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and TV. Wifi. It also has two bedrooms, a double and a twin, serviced by a bathroom with a hairdryer. Outside there is a decked veranda with furniture, and an allocated parking space in the car park . Three well-behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, this is a smoke-free home. You'll find a shop in 0.4 miles, a pub in 0.2 miles, and the beach in 1.1 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Highchair and travel cot available. Gather your loved ones at 6 Manleigh Park for a memorable break to Devon. Note: Guests have access to a shared, on-site launderette and a children's play area. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Note: Sunday arrivals are not permitted. The Bar on site is closed from 11/11/25 - 15/03/26. Pets must be kept on a lead onsite.

Town: Combe Martin, a delightful town is located where the Exmoor National Park and the North Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty converge. A popular destination for both locals and tourists, the town has all the necessities, a sweeping beach, and a sheltered cove, great for rock-pooling and paddle-boarding. The hamlet also has a dinosaur and wildlife park! The famous Earl of Rone festival and an annual funfair are both hosted at Combe Martin each year in May. With Lynton and Lynmouth, Woolacombe, Croyde Bay, Saunton Sands, Ilfracombe, and Barnstaple all within easy driving distance, this is a great starting point for exploring and learning about North Devon.
