The hotel has a great location, which I really like. The hotel environment is also nice, the receptionist is very friendly, and bicycles and umbrellas are available for free use.

Wonderful place to stay. So clean and no hygience issue. Will stay again if I have to come to Da Nang for business.

Stayed there for couple nights. 3* is the best rating for this hotel actually, as it's just "okay", definitely not "great" or "perfect". Staff is nice and helpful, but doesn't speak English basically. Design on the building is nice, there is a pool and a very small gym - cool that they even have this! Location is okay, but not much around actually. Appreciate that they even put some paintings on the room walls. Main downsides are that it's not very clean there to be honest - everything feels quite run-down, furniture is objectively dirty and there are cracks in the wall painting everywhere - see for yourself on both photos I've attached. Floors are just not that clean also, you see just small lint or scraps lying around which wasn't cleaned that well. AND all this also taking into account it's like 10$ more expensive than a lot of hotels in Da Nang with the similar rooms. Another kinda misleading thing - ain't NO WAY my Deluxe Studio With Balcony room was a whole 45 sqm they state it is on Agoda. My apartment at home is 47 sqm, I know how big this size it this. Those rooms are closer to maybe 30-35 sqm max, see the photo, that's mostly all of it - only small bathroom and kitchen behind are left out of picture. Also room categories are kinda strange - I saw their "Executive Suite" and is literally almost similar to a "Deluxe Studio" - size is almost the same, just decorations are a bit different and there is a huge useless cabinet just standing there. Not even an additional sofa. You can't really even make a difference between rooms based on photo, but in reality it's also true - yep, coz they are mostly the same, so don't see the point of paying more for some of them then. But overall - If they just train/replace they cleaning staff, repaint the walls and clean their furniture - it's gonna be much better! Can't "not recommend" this place actually, it's not bad, but for now can't recommend either.
