    They made staying there very hard. They turned the hot water off every day (which took effort since it was located in the ceiling above the shower). They lied about my passport requirements, and cleaning staff entered the room without knocking. Then when checking out they wanted to charge me for water in the bathroom from our dripping bodies after our showers. I would not stay there again if I was paid to stay there.

    I came here in July 2026 and I liked it so much I came again in September I only originally came to hotel for 3 days but I liked it so much I stayed for 18 I had the sea view room it was clean bed comfortable. For what I paid for it it’s great value. The cleaning ladies Hue and Gem are really lovely ladies do a fantastic job of cleaning the rooms. And the receptionist Lợi always greeting you with a smile and a good morning And couldn’t do enough for you so very helpful and friendly. The hotel is in the middle of everything. 2 minutes from beach great location. I will certainly be back to this hotel next time I’m in Vietnam And I would definitely recommend the platinum beach hotel 10/10 well done regards Norman

    I stayed here in August 2026 for a week it was spotlessly clean the reception staff were lovely especially Lợi she so friendly, helpful and greets you with a big beautiful smile always a nice hello when you see her. And now I’ve returned to the platinum beach hotel for a third time in September 2026 and the same smile greeted me and Lợi even remembered my name. I’m here for 3 weeks and I know I will be a great stay. I would without hesitation recommend this hotel. Thank you Lợi and th other staff for making my stay pleasant.     I expected much more considering the price, but my stay was disappointing. The hotel does not provide luggage assistance, so if you have several heavy suitcases, you have to carry everything yourself. For a hotel in this price range, this level of service was disappointing. The front desk staff also made me feel rushed during check-in by hurrying me to complete the paperwork. On the day of departure, they started reminding me to check out before 12:00 PM, which felt unnecessary and made me feel uncomfortable. The refrigerator in the room was old and noisy, making it difficult to enjoy a quiet night’s sleep. The hotel also did not have hot water during my stay. Although I personally did not need hot water, many travelers would consider this a serious issue. The only positive point was that the Wi-Fi was reliable and fast enough for work. Overall, I don’t think this hotel offers good value for the price, and I expected much better service and facilities.
