Aluksne city nest

Good location in a calm and silent neighborhood with easy access to everything around in town. Good price-performance. Great communication with the host and a good overall experience.

The place is nice and clean, but it could use a refresh as all around you would see signs of extensive use, e.g., the entry door would only keep closed, if locked with the key, there were scuff marks on the kitchen counter doors etc. We were travelling with a baby and so the fact that the appartment is quite noisy (loud sliding doors, other doors out of alignment and closing poorly) was an issue for us. Another thing to be aware of - there are no window blinds or night-time curtains that would block the street light out at night.
