The apartment is located in a small gated complex called Pearl Heights Residence which feels like a pretty new building. It is spacious with 3 bedrooms, 1 shared bathroom and 1 more bathroom inside master bedroom. It was nice to have full kitchen appliances, washing machine with dryer function, iron, hairdryer etc. All 3 bedrooms had AC units, but there was no AC in the living room, but they have placed a fan. It was about 5-10 minutes walk to Flic en Flac beach and we enjoyed our stay.
They need to improve detailed cleaning in the whole apartment, there was no obviously visible dirt but there was dust on the surfaces and corners and shelves.
