The structure offers two easy accesses to easily reach on foot both the Plain Maison-Plateau Rosà cable car, with quick connection to the Zermatt slopes, and the Cretaz chairlift. Foyer du Cervin is located on the fourth floor with lift and offers a large panoramic balcony with mountain views, private garage (a real privilege in the center) and ski storage.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2022, with a sophisticated and glamorous look. One of its strengths is its south-west exposure, which guarantees full sun all day long. Every comfort and all the essential services are at your fingertips, such as a supermarket, pharmacy, laundry, hairdresser, butcher, shops, ski school, bank and the best artisanal pastry and ice cream shop with tea room, chocolate shop and many delicacies.
