You’re just steps from the beach, as well as many of Wrightsville’s restaurants and bars, making it a convenient spot whether you’re planning to relax or go out. The location makes it easy to enjoy the coastline without needing to travel far.
The Space:
The condo offers guests expansive views of both the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, creating a relaxing coastal setting throughout the stay. The private balcony is a great spot to take in the scenery, whether it’s the ocean during the day or sunsets over the waterway in the evening.
Guests also have access to a private, resort-style pool and direct beach access, making it easy to enjoy both the pool and the ocean without leaving the property. With these amenities and its convenient location, the space provides a comfortable and easygoing beach experience.

*Station One permits 'renovations' on units from 10/1-4/30 so there is a potential for noise in the off-season
Other Things to Note:
1. Community pool open from May 1 to October 31
2. Limited to 2 car parking; no campers or trailers permitted
3. NO PETS policy per HOA guidelines
4. NO EVENTS or exceeding the guest limit
5. Quiet hours from 10PM-8AM per the TOWB
6. As a professional property management firm, we do require a signed rental agreement per the NCREC.
7. Inclement weather will not be grounds for any refund if within the cancellation period.
