The Storyteller Manor – Where History Meets Hospitality
Step into a timeless tale at The Storyteller Manor, a beautifully restored historic home originally built in the 1840s and thoughtfully remodeled in 2025 to offer modern comfort without losing its vintage charm.
This grand manor features 5 unique guest rooms with king beds and a bonus queen bedroom—each with its own private en-suite bathroom, perfect for groups, retreats, or unforgettable family gatherings.
History whispers through every hallway, especially in Room 4, where Abraham Lincoln himself once stayed in 1856. Yet, you'll also enjoy updated amenities throughout the home.
Enjoy a drink and a movie in the elegant pub-style lounge, curl up with a classic novel in the gorgeous library (complete with a stately non-working fireplace), or simply unwind on the rocking chairs that line both the 1st and 2nd-floor porches.
The manor includes two kitchens, a walk through pantry, and a Parisian-inspired dining area that adds a whimsical flair to your meals. There’s even a classic mudroom to keep things tidy after your adventures.
Whether you're a history buff, a lover of architecture, or just someone looking for a truly unique getaway, The Storyteller Manor invites you to stay awhile—and become part of the story.
(The manor has a total of 10 bedrooms, but the other bedrooms will be unoccupied and doors locked.)
