With over 7,000 square feet, sleeping space for up to 19 guests, multiple living areas, large dining space, and parking for up to 7 vehicles, this home makes group travel easy and comfortable.

The home is especially well suited for multi-family trips, reunions, tournament travel, and wedding groups who want room to gather without feeling crowded.
Outside, guests can enjoy two patios, a fenced backyard, and easy on-site parking.
1. The primary renter must be at least 30 years of age and must be one of the occupants of the home for the entire duration of the rental period.
2. Quiet hours are between 9pm and 8am, please be respectful of the neighbors
3. All cars must park on the property driveway, 7 car maximum. No street parking allowed.
4. Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited on the property Violation fee $500+
5. No Parties or Events
6. No Pets unless declared in reservation and additional pet fee paid
7. Guest amount on reservation includes visitors. No more than 20 people allowed on the property
8. Exterior of home is professionally monitored to ensure these rules are met, the home also has noise monitors.
9. Violation of house rules will constitute forfeiture of security deposit as well as any and all additional fees for extra cleaning, damage to property, missing items/remotes, and potential to be banned from AirBnb.
10. Primary renter shall share these rules with everybody they bring to the property.

Great stay! The property was as described and the host was incredibly responsive to messages. They were also very accommodating with our check-in time, which made travel planning much easier. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

The home is stunning and well suited for multiple couples/families. We gathered in Rockford for a funeral and had cousins and family from out of state. We had a meaningful time and the home is absolutely beautiful and well suited for gathering of people to talk and play games. And have breakfast coffee together. Definitely on the ‘stay again’ list thank you, Todd PS: the teen boys loved the arcade room and the rest of us loved the showers - nice renovation touch, very European
