1. **🧼 Cleaning and Maintenance:**
Guests are expected to leave the property in reasonably clean condition. This includes not leaving dirty pots and pans, not overfilling the trash bins, and avoiding stains on the floors or walls.
*An extra cleaning fee (equal to the standard cleaning fee) will apply if excessive cleaning is needed after checkout.*

2. **📍 Local Guest Communication:**
Local guests must contact the host before making a reservation.

3. **🚫 Unregistered Visitors:**
Overnight stays by unregistered guests are not allowed. Any additional guests not listed in the reservation will be charged an extra guest fee.

4. **👶 Families with Children:**
Children and infants are welcome! Please make sure to include them in your reservation.

5. **👥 Maximum Capacity:**
The maximum number of people allowed on the property is 8 at any given time.

6. **🏡 Community Rules:**
Please respect all house and neighborhood rules as posted inside the property or communicated by the host.

7. **💸 Additional Fees:**
- 🚬 Smoking indoors: $200 USD (one-time fee per stay)
- ⏰ Unauthorized late checkout: $20 USD
- 🔑 Lost keys: $130 USD for replacement

8. **🎉 Events:**
Small events are allowed **only with prior notice and approval** from the host.
Unauthorized events or parties are strictly prohibited.

9. **🐾 Pet Policy:**
One well-trained pet (dog or cat), up to 20 lbs, is allowed.
*A one-time pet fee per stay applies.*

10. **❌ Rule Violations:**
Violating house rules may result in immediate eviction without refund.

11. **🤝 Booking Agreement:**
By booking, you agree to act in good faith and not damage the property in retaliation for disagreements with the host or Airbnb.

12. **💥 Damage Responsibility:**
You are responsible for any damage caused that may impact the next guest`s experience.
