Private: property (fenced), garden, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, terrace, barbecue. Grocery, supermarket 950 m, restaurant 650 m, bus stop 900 m, sandy beach "Playa Puerto Blanco" 1 km. Sports harbour 1 km, marina 1 km, golf course 12 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
