Very friendly people…….went out of their way to make us comfortable……walk in shower was excellent .
Futon not a second bed.,,,,,but owners made it comfortable……can’t believe how they went out of their way to do it. Queen bed very comfortable. Clean and accommodating to check in early.

All brand new facility.
Basement in home with young family. Very noisy, could hear every footstep and every conversation from upstairs No heat or A/C in the unit.
