Property is within walking distance to shopping centres, restaurants, yacht club, ocean, Flynn Park with childrens' playground, bus stop, banks, etc. Washer and dryer included. Heat and air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, dishes, pots, pans, towels, face clothes, toilet paper, paper towel, kitchen, dining room and living room. There is a back deck with table and chairs. Movie theatre is close by. Minutes from downtown and all the night life that Halifax has to offer. Friendly neighbours close by. Prefer weekly or monthly rentals. Extra single bed available on request. Prefer couples or famiies. Will negotiate longer term rentals.

Cozy, traditional Halifax house in a fantastic location short walk to the water (North West Arm), and short drive to downtown Halifax. Aileen was prompt with communication. Check in was easy.
