Terrazza Fiorita flat

Terraza Florita is a wonderful and spacious studio apartment , clean and pristine, in a historic building , centrally located in the beautiful Santo Stefano neighbourhood in the historic centre of Bologna . It is within easy walking distance to all the major attractions and places of interest, including Piazza Maggiore and Piazza Santo Stefano as well many cafes, restaurants and terraces. There is also a lovely cafe just next to the apartment serving good coffee and pastries and sundries. The apartment was just perfect with everything you would need, washing machine and dishwasher included. Everything mentioned in the listing and more was available. Infact, the apartment was better than in the photos and recently renovated. The bed was spacious and very comfortable and was wonderful to have AC during the hot weather. The little/patio terrace was a lovely addition and was surrounded by plants. I was the first guest as it was a new listing so no previous reviews to read, but took the chance and was very pleasantly surprised . The host Enrico was very helpful and personable and made sure that all was perfect on arrival and during the stay. The lovely bottle of wine, juice, bottled water and chocolates on arrival was a thoughtful addition. I have no hesitation in recommending this gem of a place in Bologna’s historic center.
