Apartament jest duży, przestronny i klimatyczny. Wchodzenie na 4 piętro wynagradza ładna klatka schodowa. Łóżko wygodne, łazienka czysta i widok na rzekę piękny.
Okno pod prysznicem w łazience może zrazić. Instrukcja meldunku zawierała błąd. Kuchnia może mieć więcej przyrządów kuchennych jak pokrywka na patelnię, szpatułki i trzepaczkę. Brakowało również kapsułek do zmywarki, w końcu regulamin wymaga zostawienia umytych naczyń. No i czajnik już trochę za bardzo zaszedł kamieniem... woda trochę chrupie.

Lokalizacja top przy samym rynku. Dla próśb z samochodem może być problem z parkingiem.
Drobne szczegóły które sumując były uciążliwe. 1. Mieszkanie na 4 piętrze. Ale to było napisane w ogłoszeniu. 2.Źle oznakowane wejście do apartamentu i brak informacji o kodzie do klatki. Co spowodowało nie miłą sytuację z sąsiadką apartamentu.
