Old building, code access. Beautiful, quiet, and cozy.

It was easy to get in and out of, most of it was clean, the price is good. The bathroom was well equipped. My son loved the Disney Plus access. AC worked great, and it was quiet.
Everything was nice and clean except a few overlooked places - the bottom mattress has a sheet over it that has not been washed in ages and was gross. There was gum stuck to the wall trim near the bed. It could use a little more furniture - a night stand and lamp, maybe a table to eat at. And some plates/bowls.

Good vibe. I liked the antique, modern, industrial design. Enjoyed the privacy. What a great use of a beautiful building!! We will definitely check here first when having to stay in Spokane.
When we arrived it was later then we expected, so we kinda spooked ourselves out at first lol. But in the morning when we got to look around and check out the space we felt so comfortable and safe and not spooked!

Really neat use of an old building. The room and part of town it’s in is perfect. Hopefully we stay there again next time we’re in town.
