Barossa Suites on Basedow

Barossa Suites was a great place for our overnight stay in Tanunda. Sadly, we couldn't stay longer, but the apartment is very spacious and would be great for a longer stay. It is older style, but that doesn't detract at all from the cleanliness, comfort and care and thought that the owners have put in to making it welcoming and a lovely place to stay. It's great to have a washing machine.

The apartment was beautiful and spotless. It was spacious and inviting, so we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The hosts had thought of everything. They were also very helpful. We highly recommend it.

It was perfect for a short getaway. What would have made it even better is if the apartment boasted a view. The small garden space was good and could have been even better with more plants. But it was great to have that little area too.

Unit C the Barrel Room is enormous for a couple. The bedroom in particular was very spacious and comfortable. Would be an excellent base for a multi day visit to the Barossa Valley. My single night stay didn't do it justice.

The aircon was running cold, which would be ok for a hot day, but it was a chilli September day for me. Some of the taps need some TLC also.

Very comfortable and a 10 minute walk to the Main Street, so great for a walk to dinner. Lovely and comfortable and well appointed kitchen. There was a washing machine and line under cover.
