About this house rental
Ruby’s Residence (RR) is a modern spacious unit with 3 bedrooms+3 queen beds, 2 bathrooms, has lots of natural light, a small backyard and garage.
Street parking is also free.
1-It’s not a pet & child friendly accommodation.
NO EV charging on premises.
2-Please also note that AFTER the first 2 guests, there is an extra fee for $75/guest/night-with a minimum of 2 nights.
3-We do provide a complimentary BASIC breakfast (fruits, cereal, soup, coffee, tea, juice, milk, jam, butter. For bread, you can visit our local iconic bakery just 2 houses away).
4-Our neighbourhood is quiet, yet we are only 3 minutes walk from the main street where all the attractions are.
5-We have security cameras located outside of the house (above entrance door) and in the garage.
6-We live locally and should be able to help when needed.
Amenities at Ruby’s Residence is in a quiet street but only 3 mins walk to the main street.

This was more than just your typical short stay accommodation. It was like stepping into your own home. Every convenience was available for the guests with extra special touches like the bottle of red wine on arrival and the gentle jazz music playing as you first open the door. It made our visit to the Barossa Valley so much more special.

Wonderful accommodation. Everything you need for a perfect holiday . Fantastic location, close to shops, cafes and restaurants. Homely presentation with all amenities. We will definitely use it again if the opportunity arose.
