Appartamento spazioso e luminoso, vicino alla stazione e a tutti i servizi principali, supermercato, bar, tabacchi.. I proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili. Abbiamo chiesto dei ventilatori per il troppo caldo e hanno rimediato subito montandoceli. Inoltre sempre sorridenti, che non è poco..

Personalmente non ho problemi perché ho il sonno pesante ma mia sorella lamentava troppi rumori a causa della zona estremamente centrale.

Very well looked after apartment close to the centre of La Spezia. You have everything you need in the kitchen to cook a nice meal for a family. Nice, comfortable and close to many facilities including a food store just outside the property. Cafe bar and shops close for every need. The train station and the walk on the pier are just 20 minutes by walk. Parking available with a small charge just outside the apartment. Very good location to visit Le 5 Terre. The owner is always available in case of any issue with the property. I absolutely recommend the stay at Oltremare apartment. We would go back anytime! Thank you for a lovely stay.
