    We had a really great experience at oneTree Plaza Hotel Cebu, and I’m very thankful for how accommodating and helpful the staff were, even before our actual stay. I had several questions before our arrival, especially regarding check-in, IDs, and planning a birthday surprise for my boyfriend. Everyone I communicated with was patient and helpful, which gave me peace of mind and made preparing for our stay much easier. A special thank you to Ms. Angel F.O. for assisting me with my questions regarding the check-in and ID requirements. I really appreciated the clarification and reassurance she gave me before our stay. Thank you so much as well to Ms. Sherry Ann Alburo (Sherry) for being so accommodating throughout my birthday setup inquiries. She patiently answered my questions, helped coordinate the decorations, and even offered to assist with setting them up in the room. I truly appreciate the effort and kindness she showed. I’d also like to thank Adsz for assisting me with the decoration delivery and for confirming the hotel’s contact details and that the setup would be free of charge. During our arrival, the staff were also very discreet and supportive of my surprise. I was the lead guest, and I secretly went into the room ahead of my boyfriend. I requested that they not mention that I was already inside because I wanted to surprise him. They respected my request and didn’t spoil anything. 🥹❤️ And thankfully, the surprise was a success! 🎉 He had no idea I was already waiting inside the room. 😂 I’m really grateful to Ms. Angel, Ms. Sherry, Adsz, and the rest of the oneTree Plaza Hotel Cebu team for all their help before and during our stay. Your kindness, patience, and willingness to assist really helped make my boyfriend’s 18th birthday more special and memorable. Thank you so much for being part of our little surprise! ❤️ We truly appreciate everything you did and would definitely recommend oneTree Plaza Hotel Cebu. 5 stars!

    Had a 2 night stay at this hotel. It was still very new and not all facilities are open but it was a very wonderful stay. We were able to use the gym and the swimming pool and the room was really nice and big which makes you feel like you are staying in a condo. Would definitely stay here again when we get to visit Cebu sometime again.

    I was pleasantly surprised to find this hotel to be so clean and spacious, and has a lot of options for food on the same building. What is among the highlight of the stay is the spacious bathroom with a huge countertop and a vanity mirror. Water pressure is good, too. Only downside is there are times when it smells like sewer inside. It doesn’t smell like that all the time but can be bothersome. The beds are comfy and well-maintained. Just wish the pillows were firmer. The hotel is environment conscious, too. They provide water bottles which you can use to collect water from their dispenser on the floor. Staff are friendly and the housekeeping maintains the room well.
