Outside area/entrance initially looks a bit run down but the apartment itself was lovely. Easy to find, within walking distance of the centre and the station. Clean, compact & comfortable. Great to have a washing machine & outside patio.
No issues at all

Appartement cosy, neuf et très calme. L'équipement complet. L'accès facile (stationnement, récupération des clés). Le patio (non utilisé). La situation centrale dans Dijon.
Le vidéo projecteur.

Compact and yet large seeming accommodation. The bathroom is on the small side but manageable.
Clean and quiet place. No street noise, only the occasional neighbor. Good instructions and a pamphlet of tips for Dijon.
Definitely a place to come back to.
Limited direct sunlight as facing into a small courtyard. The bathroom could use some shelves at chest level.
