Convenient location, a little far from the monorail but very close to the famous shopping street. Very good and modern interior facilities. Neighborhood is quiet and friendly, with some pretty authentic restaurants and a convenience store. I also like the shampoo which made my hair feel smoother and clean but I forgot to look for its brand.
Walking guide could need some updates, including a picture of the gate, because the residence building looks premium and as a result, it has a very lowkey gate.
