地點非常方便，在國際通旁邊的巷子內，晚上安靜舒適，走路至國際通約5分鐘。 旁邊有全家，有停車塲。 房東十分友好，我走錯路到房子正後面，自己搞錯無法入住，房東特別走出來找我們還幫忙開門，請他協助預約燒肉也沒有不高興且立馬協助，退房後也幫忙搬行李，真的人超好。 住宿房間是十人上下舖，設計的很好，每個人都有隱秘性而且下舖高度很夠，坐在床上也不會撞到頭，床墊很舒適，浴室有兩間很足夠也很乾淨，沒有消耗品的牙刷但是浴巾準備很足夠很舒服，有一台洗衣機但是需要自備洗衣球（大創買就可以了）。 最喜歡客廳的大桌子，可以讓我們10個人聚在一起吃飯聊天，最後一天我們自己在民宿裡面煮飯，超讚的！
