全体的に綺麗でリビングと和室がつながっていて11人いてもゆったりできたところです

特にないけど曙ハウスが別のところにあって場所が分かりにくかったところが少し気になりました

1.房間多,朋友一起方便 2.停車可以停兩台 3.超市就在附近方便 4.吵鬧也不會被投訴 5.進去時非常乾淨 6.冷氣夠冷 7.廚房用品齊全

1.只有一間浴室(人多洗澡會需要等)

お風呂が大きかったことと各部屋が広かった。

清掃がすこしたりていないようでした。 埃などがみうけられました。

The host provided all the information like how to get to the house, how to get the key and the operation of all the electric appliances in the house

The host asked me to provide the passport copies of all guests but the host of the first air bnb I stayed did not ask me for this (I stayed in two air bnb for the trip). Therefore I was afraid how the host handle our confidential information. And the host asked me to fill in the personal information as well as occupation, via their online system even I had provided our passport copies. We completed the host’s requirement, finally we checked-in. Then the 2nd day I received an email from the host that they were not able to charge us and asked me to update the credit card details via booking.com website. I offered the host I could provide him my credit card details directly via other communication tool like what’s app or SMS to make it easily but he replied me that booking.com was the one to collect money not them. Then I tried to update it via booking.com but could not able to do so and sent an email to booking.com for help. Meanwhile I notified the host the issue then the host replied that he had an option and created a link for my payment. This seems the host made the simple things complicated and wasted my time on back-and-forth emails during my vacation there.
