The location was perfect!! Right next to Lower Barrakka Gardens and a 5 min walk to Merchant's Street! Hosts were really attentive. The place seems to have been recently renovated, everything seems new and very nicely decorated, with great taste. It also has air conditioning, which is vital during the hot days in Malta. Thank you Nick and James!
Not really a complaint, but do bring your own shampoo and soap :)

The location is great because it is very close to all amenities.
The windows are very old and do not close properly. Therefore, the noise from the pigeons' nest in the small courtyard is very noticeable (as well as that of the air conditioning engines in the courtyard). I will not consider this accommodation again for a future stay, unless the windows are changed and upgraded.
